How much does a website cost?
Launch sites start at $1,200 CAD, business sites at $2,900, and custom web apps at $7,500. Consulting is $45 per hour and care plans start at $79 per month. Every project gets a written scope and fixed quote before work begins, and all prices are plus HST.
How long does a project take?
A launch site is usually live in one to two weeks. Business sites take two to four weeks, and custom web apps four to eight weeks depending on scope. Those windows cover discovery, design, testing and documentation, not just development. A full booking platform shipped in two months and a province-wide directory in one. Your timeline is confirmed in the written quote.
Do you work with clients outside Cambridge?
Yes. I meet local clients in Cambridge, Kitchener-Waterloo and Guelph in person when it helps, and work with clients across Ontario, the rest of Canada and the US over video calls and email.
What do you need from me to get started?
A rough idea of what the site or app should do, any existing branding or content, and someone who can answer questions and approve designs. I can help with copywriting and imagery if you need it.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch fixes. After that you can choose a monthly care plan for updates, hosting management, backups and a block of development hours, or book hourly support as needed.
Who owns the code when the project is done?
You do. On final payment the source code, design files, domain and hosting accounts are yours. I only ask for permission to show the work in my portfolio.
